About Me

My greatest desire in life is that others feel safe in my presence, believed in and loved. Life can get messy, confusing and hard, leaving people feeling heartbroken, stuck, or lost. I am not your typical counselor who will sit in front of you and ask “How did that make you feel?” While I care about your feelings, I care more about your growth. I will push you, challenge you, and help you see the world through more lenses than just your own.

Erica Web pic My name is Erica and I am the Business Director and Therapist for The Joe Martino Counseling Network. I am a wife to a wonderful husband of 17 years and mom to four beautiful children. I have lived in West Michigan for 10 years. I have been investing and counseling others for many years and I cannot wait to meet more people like you!

I am your biggest fan and here to cheer you on!

10 things I believe are true about you:

  1. You're created for a purpose.
  2. Your life matters.
  3. You're valuable.
  4. Your life can be different
  5. You’re loved.
  6. You can believe.
  7. You should dream big.
  8. You're beautiful.
  9. You can forgive yourself and others.
  10. You can overcome your biggest fear.
